Users are required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation – a Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or valid international passport – before withdrawal access is granted. bt999 may additionally request proof of address and a selfie verification. Failure to complete KYC satisfactorily may result in permanent account suspension and the return of net deposits only, at bt999's discretion.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Any material inaccuracy or deliberate falsification of registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bt999 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, which shall be deducted from the available balance. bt999 will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee.

Currency: bt999 operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for standard Pakistani player accounts. Crypto transactions via USDT TRC20 are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bt999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
